Actually, neither of these titles is shoujo. Inubaka is serialized in Weekly Young Jump, which means it is seinen, and Rosario + Vampire is shounen (it ran in Monthly Shonen Jump and Weekly Shonen Jump).
hahahaha. you know, i think the funny part is that you had pointed this out before. time to make some corrections!
